Design Your Best Life

Ready to Kick that Negative Self Talk to the Curb?

Episode Summary

We all experience it, that negative voice that tries to hold you back...but you don't have to let it run your life! In this episode, Richard and Natasha cover their 2 favorite tools for getting rid of negative self-talk and how to start attracting MORE of what you want in life!

Episode Notes

Believe it or not, thoughts have power, and that voice in your head can make or break your life. However, you don't have to let it control you!

We learned when I gave birth to the twins. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong: our daughter got sick and had to be quarantined, our baby nurses kept getting delayed, and I ended up back in the ER after developing fluid in my lungs. All in all, it was pretty hectic!

Anyone in a situation like that would have probably started thinking they were unlucky, but all we were thinking about was how we had two beautiful, healthy newborns!

After all, we weren't going to let a few unfortunate events mess up something so important.

And that's exactly what so many people struggle with. All they can see is the negative things happening, and they forget to look at the whole picture.

They start stress-stacking (coined by Richard) and give their thoughts power over them.

If this is something you struggle with, then you're in luck, because in today's episode, Richard and I are discussing our two favorite tools to get rid of negative self-talk and start attracting more positive things in life!

So, if you want to say goodbye to those bad thoughts, tune in now!
